Terms of Service

Prices are in EGP and cover the standard product. Extra colors, gift packaging, logo conversion, new custom designs or rush work may add charges. Delivery is charged separately by location. For cash on delivery, a 50% deposit is required only for custom orders or product totals above EGP 300; otherwise the full product total is due on delivery. Full InstaPay payment is available. Catalog printing typically takes 24–72 hours; custom timing is confirmed with the order. 3D printing can have small variations in shade, surface texture or dimensions. Customers must have rights to files and designs they submit. Changes or cancellation are free before production; after printing starts, they may not be possible. The price confirmed at order time is honored.
